Dr. Williams will begin with a brief overview of PANS/PANDAS evaluation and diagnosis and then focus on integrative medicine modalities of treatment. The discussion will include using food as medicine, nutritional supplements, herbal therapies, and mind-body approaches to healing the inflamed nervous system and improving functioning. The importance of the removal of toxic exposures which can trigger immune dysregulation will also be discussed.
About Tricia T Williams, MD
Dr. Tricia Williams cares for adult and pediatric patients with an emphasis on overall well-being. In addition to over a decade of experience as a family physician, Dr. Williams was board-certified and trained through the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Fellowship and is certified by Cornell University in Whole-Food Plant-Based Nutrition.
Dr. Williams’ clinical approach is to identify the root causes of mental, emotional, and behavioral concerns by uncovering undiagnosed autoimmune diseases, nutritional deficiencies, environmental toxicities, and infectious etiologies. Treatment is personalized to each individual patient. Areas of expertise include holistic mental health care, PANS/PANDAS, and gastrointestinal and cognitive healing.
She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Society, received her Medical Degree from The Chicago Medical School, and completed her Family Medicine residency through Northwestern University at St Joseph’s Hospital in Chicago.

Dr. Williams is also an author of the research published in a 2021 APA Journal, Families, System, and Health, titled Treatment Barriers in PANS/PANDAS.
Dr. Williams lives in mountainous, rural Pennsylvania with her husband, three children, and dogs. In addition to her private medical practice, Endless Mountain Integrative Medicine, she teaches community yoga.
