Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has officially proclaimed October 9, 2026, as PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day!
The proclamation recognizes the serious impact of PANS/PANDAS on children and families, the importance of early diagnosis and treatment, and the significant costs associated with delayed or missed diagnoses, including increased educational, psychiatric, and medical expenses.
