Tracking symptoms is a critical part of making a clinical diagnosis and forming treatment plans. ASPIRE has assembled the most used symptom tracking and rating tools. We have also made The PANS Rating Scale Developed by Tanya Murphy, MD and Gail Bernstein, MD. Use this scale along with ASPIRE’s Medication Log Sheet.
To use the PANS Rating Scale either:
- Save the sheet to your computer
- May a copy to save in your google drive
- Save it as a pdf and fill it out by hand

December 20, 2024It is available for download. The spreadsheet is the master file. So, you need to either print it, download it to Excel or save it to your own google drive sheet file. The master can’t be edited, or everyone would be trying to input their own personal data into the public file. This way, you can edit it any way you want and input your private information without changing the public master file.
