I am in Peru, I am the mother of a 21-year-old boy with Pandas syndrome.
My son is a patient of Dr Luis Alberto Maya, who thank God had knowledge of this syndrome, today my son is the first official patient for Peru being treated for Pans Pandas in Peru, he is treated at the Archbishop Loayza Hospital, we have already performed the first plasmapheresis, in which we saw wonders and just when we had to enter for the immunoglobulin treatment we entered quarantine.
I am in charge of the Peruvian Pans Pandas Association …. our job is to inform parents and health professionals about the Pans Pandas Syndrome
