Rhode Island is going green for #LightUp4PANS! đź’š
On Friday, October 9, the Sakonnet River Bridge will light green for World PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day, helping bring greater visibility to PANS/PANDAS and the families affected by these conditions.
“Lighting landmarks green is about more than awareness,” ASPIRE President Gabriella True said. “It is about making PANS and PANDAS visible so that families are heard, healthcare providers recognize the signs, and patients have a better chance of getting the care they need.”
Thank you to East Bay RI for sharing the story and helping Rhode Islanders understand why their bridge is turning green Friday night.
