We all know PANS PANDAS is rough (understatement) but let’s take a moment to celebrate the successes from the past year. It is difficult not to compare our situation to everyone else’s and only see the hard times, but this is an excellent practice to honor our kids’ or our accomplishments.
Topic Examples: — My child started going to school 3 days a week after not going for a year! — My child learned how to swallow pills! — I found a new doctor and now are addressing mold and seeing improvement! — I had so many Herxheimer reactions to my medications but managed to keep going, and I am starting to feel better!
