During May, ASPIRE joins the national movement to raise awareness about mental health. Each year we fight stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for policies that support people with PANS/PANDAS and their families. Many Mental health issues, like PANS/PANDAS/Autoimmune Encephalitis, have a biological basis and should be treated like other medical illness not only as a mental health issue.
