One-on-One Support
We provided one-on-one support to an unprecedented number of families and individuals. Almost 3,000 parents, caregivers, and adult patients reached out to us for guidance. We’re committed to being there for our community, one person at a time.
ChitChat Support Meetings: A Growing Lifeline for Our Community
Now in its second year, the ASPIRE ChitChat Support Program has become a resounding success. What began with about 30 meetings has grown to more than 80 in 2025—proof of how deeply this space is needed.
Held online or in person, ChitChats give parents of children with PANS and adults with PANS a place to connect, share, and feel understood. Each meeting strengthens our community and reminds us that none of us are navigating this alone. We are looking to expand, especially our in-person locations!
Thank You to Our Volunteers
We’re deeply grateful for our incredible volunteers who dedicate their time to leading ChitChat meetings and supporting our community.

Improving Outcomes Through Training & Outreach
This year, ASPIRE’s education efforts grew dramatically. We delivered more than 65 professional development & school in-service lectures nearly triple last year’s number—reaching school nurses, educators, and healthcare professionals across the country.
We also presented at the New Jersey School Nurse Conference and tabled at multiple conferences, fundraisers, and community events, expanding awareness and building new partnerships.
Our School In-Service program continues to receive outstanding feedback and remains one of our most impactful initiatives.
Lighting Up the World for Awareness
For Awareness Day on October 9th, ASPIRE joined forces with over 15 advocacy organizations to light up over 195 structures globally. ASPIRE had 34 locations lit up nationwide, and many held awareness events. A highlight was seeing Paycor Stadium lit up green in honor of our community! We hope you find the video and photographs as awesome as we do!!

Improving Outcomes Through Advocacy
This year, ASPIRE continued to play a key role in advancing policy and systems change for the PANS community. With your support, we provided direct advocacy guidance and resources to 13 states, helping local leaders strengthen their efforts and push for better care, recognition, and protections.
We also maintained 15 strategic partnerships with organizations and advocates across the country. These collaborations ensure that ASPIRE remains a trusted voice at the table, shaping national conversations, sharing expertise, and helping drive the broader movement toward improved outcomes for patients and families.
ASPIRE’s advocacy work continues to grow, and your support keeps us moving the needle—state by state, partnership by partnership, toward a future where every patient’s needs are understood and met.
Donors like you are the driving force behind this important work.
We Aspire to Improve
In July 2019, we launched national organization called ASPIRE, Alliance To Solve PANS and Immune-Related Encephalopathies. We are experienced local, regional, and national nonprofit leaders building on lessons learned in our organizations. Our professional experiences in allied health professions, project management, and entrepreneurship guide our work.
We Aspire to Empower
We are actively working to bring together the patient, parent, provider, and research communities acting as a conduit to connect the stakeholders who affect outcomes of those affected by PANS/PANDAS. ASPIRE is focused on providing practical tools to increase local, state, regional, and national advocacy efforts to accelerate improvements in access to diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life for affected individuals and families. We are collaborating with experts in their field to create national programs that will empower and connect our community with tools and resources for advocacy, education, support, and awareness.
Your Year-End donation will help to close the gap between the onset of symptoms and the start of appropriate treatment. We simply can’t do it without you.
Your support will make a real, lasting impact on the lives of those who are still in need.
